Up half kilo
Fat down 1 %
Muscle Mass increase by 1
Increasing my exercise this week from 2 Powerplate sessions - to include walking 20min daily.

So far so good.

Looks like your makeing progress !!! Keep it up. And I'll definitly keep you in my prays with regards to going off the anti-depressents.
It awesome that you have the courage to start that transition.

Thanks for visiting my blog. The tip on milk based desserts is one I will rely on often I think. I really have a hard time making it between dinner and bed time without having SOMETHING.
