insomnia

My husband has arrived in Ireland safely. I struggles to sleep Sunday. Monday by sleep was disturbed and now I struggling to back to sleep.

I have so much to do but I cannot concentrate on any of it. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I prefer insomnia to anaesthesia.

In its early stages, insomnia is almost an oasis in which those who have to think or suffer darkly take refuge.

I hate insomnia. I was insomniac about ten years ago ... it was the year I got married and moved to Pretoria ... even sleeping pills couldn't make me sleep. Thanks goodness that is something of the past!!!

Hope you manage it.

I have sleep apnoea which means I would love to sleep, think I am sleeping but wake up exhausted. I wish I had insomnia because at least being awake I can get things done.

I've been meaning to ask what the problem with your hearing is? I had a quick look through your blogs but didn't have the time to sit and really go through them thoroughly.

I sleep terribly when my husband is away.

One thing that worked for me when I had too much going on was to keep a notebook by the side of the bed and jot things I needed to remember in it.
