Hotep! Great photo! Amazing how nature can find a way even near concrete jungles...

Today is the Day of Presence for the people of New Orleans. The 2-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. I've dedicated my WW post to the recovery effort of that great American city. I hope you will take a moment to view my (not so) Wordless Wednesday post.

peace, Villager

That is so pretty - peeking out from under the rock.

Life finds a way even in the most unexpected places. I love South African flowers. So many of them are grown as annuals here in England.

Happy WW

Under the rock, still it found a way to honor the sun. Beautiful.

Isn't it amazing where flowers manage to root? Why aren't they so persistent in my garden?
