Yes ! There were 3 in the bay. WE had a picnic on the rock and watched them.
I love that area. I'm figuring middle or northern California coast? I say that because it's the only part I've seen. I'm probably way off.We saw a few whales near the Monterrey Bay area. Beautiful.

Excellent photo. I've never been whale watching. I want to go the the south west coast of England to see the Basking sharks that come right up to teh shore to feed on plankton. Happy WW

I bet that was fun. I've never been whale watching. We have seen dolphins a few times when we lived in Virginia and they'd come into the James River.
