Its been a while since I posted.
Good news is that despite a very bad period of eating, my exercise program balance it out.
I gained 0.2kg. Weighing 103.4kg.
But according to the dieticians scale there have been some health gains
water content has increased by 1%
fat content decreased by 1%
Muscle increased by 1%
Bone mass gone up by 1 point.
This is the lifeline I needed. "Its been 2 steps forward and one step back"
Now I can get on track without beating myself up.
POSITIVE STEPS FORWARD.

Sounds great - welcome back:) Staying healthy really is the main goal - more so then the actual weight loss.
Congrats on the health gains. That is what is most important.
