These were photos taken of my feet when I a friend of mine was studying Reflexology and I got the the privileged of being one of her practice subject for a few weeks.
I have been diagnosed for some cervical spine problem with the same method and it is a wonderful way of diagnosing process as well. Regarding your feet, wash them often, LOL.
I've tried Reflexology in Thailand and Hong Kong. It really feels good. I hope your friend can learn it ASAP, and you can try it. It really relieves your feet! :) annychenghk
