I feel like my clothes are starting fit me more comfortable. I am relieved that being ill for the past 2 weeks has not reversed my gains in weight.
I am still not well enough to start my exercise program again.

I will lose 39.2 kg in during the next 11 months, increase my fitness and health levels.
